Golden Blonde: bright tones, gently
Golden Blonde gives light hair a warm golden shade, without a harsh contrast between roots and lengths. It also revives a colour that has turned dull and brings light back to the lengths.
On a darker base, it does not lighten: it only leaves soft warm tones.
Why we love it
- Warm golden tones on blonde and light chestnut hair.
- A soft, bright shade on white hair.
- More shine and dimension.
- Hair that looks softer and fuller, as plant pigments coat the fibre.
The result depending on your starting colour
| Your current colour | What you can get |
|---|---|
| Light blonde | A bright golden blonde |
| Dark blonde | Honey and golden tones |
| Light chestnut | A warm shade with golden tones |
| White or grey hair | A soft golden blonde, depending on porosity |
| Chestnut or dark | Subtle golden tones, without lightening |
| Bleached hair | A more intense result: a strand test is essential |
The result also depends on porosity, your hair’s history, the amount of powder and the processing time.
Create your own blonde
The first time, use Golden Blonde on its own and see the result. You can then combine it with other powders:
| What you want | Combination |
|---|---|
| A bright golden blonde | Golden Blonde alone |
| Stronger golden tones | Golden Blonde + chamomile |
| A warmer, strawberry-blonde shade | Golden Blonde + neutral henna (cassia) |
| More volume and shine | Golden Blonde + neutral henna (cassia) |
How to use
- Prepare your hair: wash it with a gentle shampoo, ideally a powder shampoo, then towel-dry. Do a strand test.
- Prepare the paste: in a non-metal bowl, gradually add lukewarm water (35 to 40 °C) to the powder until you get a creamy paste that does not drip. Leave it to rest depending on the intensity you want.
- Apply: work section by section, from roots to ends, in a generous layer, then massage to spread evenly.
- Leave on for 2 to 4 hours under a cap. On light or white hair, check how the colour develops on a strand.
- Rinse thoroughly with clear water, without shampoo straight away: the colour keeps setting and deepens over 48 to 72 hours.
On white hair
Golden Blonde gives white or grey hair a golden shade. The whiter the hair, the lighter and brighter the result; on a darker base, the tones stay subtle. A strand test helps you aim for an even colour.
On already coloured hair
On coloured, bleached or highlighted hair, the fibre absorbs pigments faster. Do a strand test, reduce the processing time if needed and check the result after rinsing. Do not apply if your hair has recently had a progressive dye with metallic salts, and ask a professional for advice if in doubt.
Precautions
- For external use only. Do a skin test and a strand test before use.
- Wear gloves and protect your clothes and bathroom.
- Avoid contact with the eyes and do not inhale the powder.
- Keep out of reach of children. Pregnant or breastfeeding women: ask your doctor’s advice.
Storage
Keep the sachet tightly closed, away from moisture, heat, light and air, to preserve the pigments.
